Around a thousand Ambassadors for Peace and key leaders participated

The leaders first attended a workshop and then True Mother came and received reports which included leaders aims for 2017

In True Mother's Speech She expressed love for everyone and appreciation for the hard work of the Ambassadors for Peace in 2016

TRUE MOTHER/TRUE PARENTS Speaks:

Beloved members of UPF and of the Citizens' Federation for the Unification of Korea!

Many things have happened throughout this year.

I would like to congratulate you for fulfilling your responsibilities.

I believe that whether we are asleep or awake, our hope is for unification.

Yet, the reality is that this long-desired wish of ours remains far-fetched despite the great passage of time, which tells us that we need to understand clearly what the problem is.

I understand that you have received a report on the inauguration of the International Association of Parliamentarians for Peace.

No one individual can resolve all the problems arising in the world today. Human power alone cannot resolve them.

Since the cause lies with God, we must conduct a movement to attend God. The same thing applies to this country. There is no doubt that God has blessed this country. However, you need to understand clearly that responsibility accompanies blessings.

You can now take pride in the fact that this nation is Heaven's chosen nation. Yet, this nation was chosen because True Parents were born here. Hence, you must make others aware of True Parents. (Do you understand? Applause)

Hope will arise for the unification of the two Koreas when it is pursued centered on True Parents. This means that True Parents must gain actual influence. Only by doing so can fighting brothers be brought together. That is why I am thinking of mobilizing all organizations to re-educate the entire nation.

The way for Korea to survive within the world is by spreading the Word. The Word is this nation's sole pride. You must proudly speak of True Parents. Only through that path can our hope for unification... Our hope is unification.

I sincerely hope that you can all strongly advance, not only for the unification of the tow Koreas but also for the unification of the world.

After giving new hope and vision to participants through Her Message, True Parents presented all Ambassadors for Peace who worked hard to secure a million participants to be committed to be on the Citizen's Committee for Preparation for Unification and invested themselves to bringing success to Peace Road 2016 with a Certificate of merit.

The leaders workshop that was completed by giving their reports to True Mother began with a welcoming address by Mrs. McDevott, Chief of Staff of Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon Secretariat (and reports followed)
