cannot be published as definitive texts and should never be used in
the future as an "official" publication of True Father's
words. However, they do provide a good idea of the "spirit"
of the message. - Rev. Katsumi Kambashi (@lovintp) 훈독회

(1) "If there were a railroad track in the Original Homeland,
this track would need to match up with the track that we are living
on here in the earthly world. The track where we are traveling would
need to match up with the track that leads into the spirit
world.
"How about you? Do you think the track where
you are living is the same as the track that takes us into spirit
world? Can you just keep going on your track and eventually find
yourself in God's presence? To make these two tracks the same, you
need True Parents." Aju

Kook Jin Nim begins the "Freedom Society" presentation. If we are going to build the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth, we need a blueprint. What kind of political system and economic system will there be?

Kook Jin Nim's "Freedom Society" presentation at the Bay Area Family Church in the San Francisco area last night was a great success. It was followed by an extensive question-and-answer session.
One common misunderstanding among people hearing the presentation for the first time is that he fails to account for people who cannot make it on their own and need help. The presentation calls for the privatization of welfare, not its elimination.
Free market competition will result in better products and services being delivered at lower cost in every market, including welfare. Monopoly, whether by private corporations or the government, results in a lower quality product being delivered at a higher cost.
A question on homosexual marriage was submitted at the "Freedom Society" presentation in the Bay Area. We didn't have time to ask Kook Jin Nim to answer it then, so I asked him later. The following is the question and answer:
Q: The topic of homosexuality is often avoided in this Bay Area church and we have been advised by public leaders not to take the position of Unification Church opposing gay marriage. What is your opinion? Thank you!
A: True Father clearly says homosexuality is a sin, and the Unification Church stands opposed to gay marriage. At the same time, we believe the government should not have laws on any type of marriage. Marriage should be a matter for religions, and government should not be involved.
This evening's Seattle stop on Kook Jin Nim's "Freedom Society Tour" of major U.S. cities was a great success. It was standing room only in the concert hall where the event was held.
Kook Jin Nim took several questions at the end, continuing the pattern already established in Los Angeles and San Francisco. In response to one question, he spoke at length on the Aurora, CO, massacre.
The public has been educated to run and hide in this type of situation, and let the police be the only ones to engage the shooter. In this instance, this education had the effect of increasing the casualties. Fewer people would have died if the people in the theatre, even though unarmed, had been educated to rush the criminal in this type of situation.
It would have been even better if others in the theatre were armed and had shot the criminal. Even if he was wearing a bullet proof vest, he could have been disabled by being shot in the head, arms, lower abdomen or legs.
The police responded in 90 seconds, but the shooting continued for 20 minutes. Police could not enter the building until they had assessed the situation. We need to take more responsibility for our own safety in such situations.
Tomorrow, the tour heads east to the Windy City.
