Father remains in the intensive care unit, where he continues to go the painful way of the Cross for the sake of humanity, Hyung Jin Nim told an overflow crowd at the Sunday morning service at Cheon Bok Gung this morning.

Our international president gave us some good news on Father's condition. His right lung, which had not been recovering, showed some slight signs of improvement during the past couple of days. Also, an infection that entered his blood stream during the week was successfully overcome.

Meanwhile, his doctor will make a decision during the upcoming week on whether to keep a breathing tube in Father mouth or, alternatively, insert the tube through an incision to be made in the area of Father's throat.

Father is going the way of the Cross, Hyung Jin Nim said, in a desperate effort to turn the world away from its current course of destruction. He pointed to reports in the media how nations in East Asia and the Middle East appear to be moving toward war.

He asked members to continue offering jeongseong for True Father's complete recovery.
