On the 7.29 by the Heavenly calendar in Cheonggi 3 (9.15 by the Gregorian calendar), 'Sun Myung Moon, the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humanking; the Universal Sung Hwa Ceremony was grandly held. The Universal Sung Hwa Ceremony was held in a solemn atmosphere amidst around 35,000 members who gathered from all corners to Cheong Shim Peace World Center, Cheon Pyeong 13 days after Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind ascended on 7.17 by the heavenly calendar (9.3 by the Gregorian calendar). The stage was beautifully arranged with over 30,000 flowers and Cheong Shim World Peace Center was completely filled from very early in the morning.

'Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind; the Universal Sung Hwa Ceremony' started as Dr. Joon Ho Seuk, the executive chairman of the Sung Hwa Committee (President of Unificationism-Korea) took his position as Masters of Ceremonies. The whole process of the holy body of the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind being moved from the museum in Cheon Jeong Gung to Cheong Shim Peace World Center was covered live. With World President Hyung Jin Moon and Chairman of Tongil Foundation Kook Jin Moon on the lead, the casket carrying the holy body of the True Parent of Heave, Earth, and Humankind was moved with True Mother and True Family following from behind. Seeing True Mother's completely haggard and worn form, participants could not hide their concerns.

The holy body of Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind left the Cheon Jeong Gung Museum at 9:20 and arrived at the Universal Sung Hwa Ceremonial Hall at Cheong Shim Peace World Center at 10 o'clock. Attendants consisting of 40 second generation couples made an entrance and pallbearers kept steps as they carried the holy body of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind all the way to the stage. Once it was done, the actual 'Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humanking; the Universal Sung Hwa Ceremony' started. After the opening declaration and the Cheon Il Guk National Anthem was sung, the Korean Cultural Foundation Chairman Dr. Bo Hi Park gave the report prayer. Dr. Bo Hi Park's sincere prayer moved the hearts of participants to tears and soon the whole venue was filled with the sound of weeping.

Following the report prayer, Tongil Foundation Chairman Kook Jin Moon and his wife presented flowers as the representative family and then a video containing the life and accomplishments of Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind was screened. The 15 minutes long video started with a scene of True Mother saying her last farewell soon after the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind ascended. After saying "Father, you have worked so hard until now. I love you", True Mother is seen kissing the forehead of the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, showing her love and yearning for Him. After this scene, the accomplishments Sun Myung Moon the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind achieved during his lifetime, what fields he specially focused on for business, and what role he played as the founder of the Unification Church was shown in great detail. The video showed us how much Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind loved, was concerned and cared about humanity.

Following the video introduction of the life and accomplishments of the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind, the Sung Hwa address was given by World President Hyung Jin Moon. The address covered the businesses and accomplishments of the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind and the World President also emphasized that it is time for everyone to follow behind the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind and march forward with even more determination. As World President Hyung Jin Moon gave his address, he continued to wipe away the tears that kept flowing down and making us feel 'the sadness of loosing the Father, the sadness of loosing the Messiah of mankind'.

Following the Sung Hwa address, eulogies were given by Dong Seok Gang, Chairman of the Yeosu World Expo Organizaing Committee, Lord Tarsem King, a member of the House of Lords and the former president of Albania H.E. Alfred Moisiu. According to Yeosu World Expo Organizing Chairmain Dong Seok Gang, Rev. Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind always took great pride for being Korean, and as a man who loved his country, he always emphasized that the basis of world peace is the family, and harmony among neighbors centered on filial piety. In order to realize this, Rev. Moon carried out many different kinds of activities. Among the activities carried out, Rev. Moon especially showed great affection towards the Korean territory and knowing the importance of the sea from the beginning, he highly praised the significance of '2012 Yeosu World Expo' under the 'Ocean' theme which opened from May to August. Chairman Gang showed his gratitude to the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind for highly praising Yeosu World Expo and went on saying that he firmly believed that True Father's spirit ad teachings will always be with us. He asked that True Father watch us from Heaven as we continue to develop the many accomplishment he has left on Earth. He called True Father 'a Great Korean, a Peace-Loveing Global Citizen, Rev. Sun Myung Moon. He concluded his eulogy saying he hoped True Father will live for eternity in Heaven.

Following the eulogies, a Korea-Japan Joint Chorus led praise time. Under the command of Prof. Miran Kim, 340 singers with the accompaniment of violinist Yeju Oh and an orcherstra made up of 40 musicians, sang 'AMOR DEI' and holy song number seven 'the Song of the Garden', a favorite song of Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind. As 340 beautiful voices calmly filled the whole universal Sung Hwa ceremonial hall, many participants shed tears thinking of True Father and when the Song of the Garden filled the stadium, many participants also sang along.

After praise by the chorus, True Mother presented flowers to Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind and was followed by True Family, the five great saints, representatives of second generation families, and lastly by representatives from different groups.

After the President of Unificationism-Japan, Chairman Yeong Seop Song led the three cheers of Eok Mansei, the 35,000 participants all said in a loud voice "Thank you!" "I love you!" to Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind. Following this, True Father's body left the venue. On the way to the burial ground, all 35,000 participants lined up to say farewell a last time while waving the Unification flad in their hands.

'Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind; the Universal Sung Hwa Ceremony' a first and last of its kind, was grandly concluded amidst the blessings, conditions and love of many people. Even though the tears we shed on this day were tears of sadness, let us all become Unificationism members who can shed precious tears in determination to realize God and True Parents' will more strongly than ever before realizing that True Father is even closer to us now.
