'World Unification Church Leaders Special Meeting for Victory on Foundation Day' took place on 8.2 by the Heavenly Calendar in the third year of Cheonggi (9.7 by the Gregorian calendar) at Cheong Shim Peace World Center. On this day, around 20,000 unification members from across the world assembled for the special rally. The MC on this day was Dr. Jun Ho Seuk, the Vice-President of Unificationism and the order of the event went as follows: Singing of the Cheon Il Guk National Anthem, a report prayer, a video presentation, welcoming remarks and introduction of True Mother, offering of flowers, True Mother's special address, and finally three cheers of Eok Mansei.

Before the special rally commenced, a video on True Mother's life was presented. The video contained detailed scenes of True Mother's activities trying to realize God's Will and True Mother's life.

True Mother entered the venue amidst huge ovation and hearty cheers from all members. Soon after the entrance, all participants offered bows to True Mother, the True Parent. 'World Unification Church Leaders Special Meeting for Victory on Foundation Day' commenced with the opening declaration by Vice-President Dr. Jun Ho Seuk and was followed by the Cheon Il Guk National Anthem, and then a report prayer by the President of Unificationism-Japan Yeong Seop Song.

Rev. Yeong Seop Song prayed as follows: "From today, we will directly attend True Father who is in Heaven and follow True Mother's will on Earth and start to work towards realizing your hope; the unification between North and South Korea and an ideal world of peace in earnest. We will inherit the life True Father has shown us; shedding sweat, tears and blood for the Will. As we repent today for not fulfilling our filial duties in the past as your representatives, we pledge to attend True Mother loyally and wholeheartedly."

Following the report prayer was a video presentation. The video was a short video which covered and put together scenes of 'Sun Myung Moon, the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind; the Universal Sung Hwa Ceremony' and 'Sun Myung Moon, the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind; the Universal Sung Hwa Won Jun Ceremony'.

After the video presentation, World President Hyung Jin Moon gave the welcoming remarks and an introduction of True Mother. During his welcoming remarks, he said, "True Mother had to start from the servant of servant position and had to go through tremendous hardship both internally and externally to reach the position of the True Mother of mankind" and then introduced True Mother saying, "True Mother has restored the position of Eve's lost daughter, a sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and finally that of a queen."

Next, representing all the members, Chairman Yong Hi Kim and Kuboki Dechiko presented bouquets of flowers to True Mother.

After the presentation of flowers, True Parent's aide Hyo Yool Kim read the address 'Let Us Inherit the Realm of True Parents’ Victory and Open a Future Filled with Hope'. According to True Mother, True Father is the mankind's ancestor of goodness, the eternal truth, and the owner of the Word. She also added that True Father is the one who completed the providence of restoration, the King of Peace, the King of Kings, and lastly by becoming the 'True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind', he perfected God's stature and for the first time on earth achieved the perfection that was envisioned at the time of the Creation. She then gave four directions to all members. First, we must absolutely value the tradition established by True Parents as much as we value our own lives, and pass this down to our descendants, the future generations. Second, we must complete the ideal of the blessed family with which Heaven has blessed us. Third, having all received the blessing of being tribal messiahs, we must work to fulfill that mission and responsibility until the time that Cheon Il Guk is completed on earth. Fourth, all of us must create a community based on the culture of heart characterized by harmony and unity, with True Parents and the True Family at the center. Based on the victory of Foundation Day, she gave us all a powerful mission to advance forward until we can all render utmost glory to True Father and bring complete hope to humanity and its history.

After True Parent's aide Hyo Yook Kim finished reading the address, True Mother came on stage. She first showed her gratitude to all blessed families for offering conditions and preparing for 'Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind; the Universal Sung Hwa Ceremony' and told participants she had prepared presents for blessed families. She explained that she prepared 1,200 seals with True Father and True Mother's name inscribed on it on the north, south, east and west sides of the seal for Foundation Day. Following this, True Mother said, "We cannot stop. The only way to realize Cheon Il Guk on Earth is to keep moving forward" and went on to say that the seals she had prepared would be presented to families that have fulfilled their responsibilities. Her last words were: "I hope that you all become blessed families from all over the world who participate in this blessing."

As the final order of the event, the Chairman of UPF-Korea Jeong Ro Yoon led the three cheers of Eok Mansei and the 'World Unification Church Leaders Special Meeting for Victory on Foundation Day' came to a conclusion.

True Father came on Earth as the saviour, messiah, the Lord at his Second Coming and True Parent of Mankind. He dedicated his entire life on Earth for the liberation of God, the salvation of mankind, and the perfection of an ideal peaceful world and he has perfected, concluded, and concluded these providential goals and opened an era of transcendence, full immanence, full authority and omnipotence. Only after True Father completed all of his responsibilities and mission towards the providence of restoration and accomplished everything, did he ascend to the Spirit World. Now that True Father is in the spirit world, he will freely move back and forth between the spirit and physical world and lead the providence for the realization of Cheon Il Guk. In this special time, True Father will lead the providence from a position of complete unity with True Mother. Let us all set clear directions to follow, inherit True Parent's realm of victory and make determinations to take the lead in establishing Cheon Il Guk. Let us all render glory and show our gratitude to True Parent for giving us this precious opportunity to make new resolutions. Now is time for us to march forward.
