True Mother's Message to all the heads of organizations in Korea, and their senior staff

True Mother this morning announced she is appointing Dr. Chang Shik Yang as president of UC Korea. He will also serve as 총회장. (What translation are we using for that title these days? "Overall Chairman?".)

The announcement came in an all-day meeting held at the Cheong Cheon Gung of all the heads of organizations in Korea, together with their senior staff.

She said he would have authority over all UC-related organizations in Korea, including Tongil Foundation.

True Mother then said: "This does not mean I am changing the Chairman of the Foundation".

True Mother also appointed Mrs. Lan Young Moon as vice president of the Korean church.

Before the appointments, True Mother spoke at length about how she was going to put women in important positions.

True Mother made a couple of other announcements as well:

1. We will no longer refer to God as "Heavenly Father". Instead, we should call him our "Heavenly Parents" ("하늘 부모닝").

2. We will no longer use the name "Tongilgyo". Instead, we will use "Family Federation for World Peace and Unification".
