The Proclamation of
Heavenly Tribal Messiahship
January 3, 1989, Hannam International Training Center, Seoul
On January 3, 1989, church district leaders and others from around the world gathered to attend the Proclamation of Heavenly Tribal Messiahship at the HannamInternational Training Center in Seoul. The proclamation of tribal messiahship came through True Parents blessing the blessed families with all their victorious foundations that they had laid throughout their entire lives on the path of the cross to achieve God’s will. In other words, it was a great affair in opening heaven and earth. After the proclamation ceremony, True Parents told all the blessed families to return to their hometowns and become tribal messiahs by restoring their tribes.
Formation of One World Crusade
January 1, 1972, New York City
During their third world tour, on January 8, 1972, True Parents formed the One World Crusade in New York City. The launching occurred in five nations. Fifty people participated in America; 15 in England; 60 in Germany, which included Austria; 600 in Japan, and 360 in Korea. Those in the One World Crusade engaged actively in many church activities including the Washington Monument rally. Their efforts contributed greatly to the World Rally for Korean Freedom on Yeouido Island, Korea, in 1974. Father called One World Crusade a “movement to take back the realm of new Israel.”

The Founding of Seil Travel
January 8, 1985, Seoul, Korea
On January 8, 1985, Seil Travel was founded in Seoul. True Parents later visited the agency and wrote “Chungjeong (loyalty and sincerity)” in calligraphy. On that day True Father said, “Seil means to have a loving heart, to unite and interact through connecting with one another.” In September 1992, 8 years after its founding, for generating tourism income for the nation, it received the 10 million dollar President’s Tourism Promotion Tower Award. Again, in 1993, it received the 20 million dollar President’s Tourism Promotion Tower Award and rose to be one of the top travel agencies Korea.
