What to Prepare
The dress

dark-colored suit with a white necktie for men, and white or
cream-colored suit or dress for women (the dress should be of a
length that covers the knees). The same dress code applies for
visiting the Memorial Altar and True Father at the Cheon Jeong
Gung.
The same or similar clothing (without white tie for men)
should be worn if you attend the Special Launch Ceremony for Members
of the World on September 17. Casual attire is suitable for all other
activities. Wear comfortable shoes (high heels are not
recommended).
The weather temperatures will be in the mid-70’s
during the day and mid-60’s at night so you may prefer to take
a light jacket for the evenings. A small umbrella is also recommended
for possible rainy conditions.
You should take a valid
passport, personal hygiene items, medicine and/or medications, towel
and small FM radio with batteries (necessary for use in translation).
You may also want to take a power plug converter (USA to Korean
standard) for charging your cell phone or using your computer. This
can be purchased at the Korean airports if needed.
Cell phones
are available for rent at the Korean airports. Cash can also be
exchanged there. The current exchange rate is $US 1.00 equals 1130
Korean Won. Plan to take spending money for additional food, snacks
and souvenirs.
