Lately, I’ve been thinking about the time that I started Cheongpyeong Works 19 years ago.
Reminiscence of the beginning of Cheongpyeong Works
When I heard from heavenly parent and True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind that there are spirits in human beings and that we are in fact living our lives centering on fallen nature that if we maintain this lifestyle we will not go to a nice place in the spirit world. I was really worried and nervous when they told me this. It wasn’t easy at that time to convey this message to the members that if we continued living our lives centering on fallen nature we cannot go to heaven.
I wasn’t in a position to explain to the members that spirits are actually in our body. For me, to lead the Cheongpyeong Works was an enormous burden and a difficult task. Heavenly parent said, ‘The people in the world can only live when they come to this place. And then you must recreate the evil spirits into absolute good spirits.’
When I came to the Cheongpyeong Holy Ground I was all alone. The first time I came here was at the end of December. You say that it is very cold now but compared to the time of my first visit it is not cold at all. Back then tractors could drive up and down the frozen lake (CheongShim Lake). It was so cold that the villagers could drive their tractors over the frozen lake to gather wood. But I climbed up the mountain to where the Tree of Blessing stands now during a blizzard at 12 am.
At midnight, heavenly parent pointed out where the building are standing today, ‘You have to build this there. Build that there.’ All the buildings that He told me to build are not all complete but I intend to fulfill His instruction by the year 2020.
At that time I was worried, ‘How can I create absolute good spirits?’ But because I believed in True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind who holds the ability of heavenly parent who is omnipotent and omnipresent I replied, ‘Yes, I will do this!’. They told me to build the Cheon Jeong Gung Museum where heavenly parent and True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind will stay at the slope of Cheon Seong Mountain. Today you can see many lamps lighting the road but there were only a few in this Seorak region back then. Right now the road is 4 lanes but back then it was just a dirt road.
I was wondering where did heavenly parent want me to build the Cheon Jeong Gung Museum so I asked Him, ‘Where is this place? I am wondering.’ And then He replied, ‘Okay then, let’s go and see it’. It was a very cold winter day.
Today, the Il Seong Jeon (Pine Tree) is located in the garden of Cheon Jeong Gung Museum. But back then there was a small valley with a stream flowing down. The pine tree was located on top of a small hill. Because it was winter it wasn’t easy to climb that hill. I climbed and slipped down, climbed again and slipped down. I repeated this several times to reach the peak. There were also many trees in that forest. True Parents had previously planted many white pine trees in that area. Right now, the number of trees planted by True Parents matches the number of buildings built here in Cheongpyeong. If True Father did not plan to build the Cheon Jeong Gung Museum in that area and plant the white pine trees then probably the Cheon Jeong Gung Museum would not have been built there.
So after we arrived there I asked Him, ‘How large do you want me to build this?’ Then He instructed me to certain points and made me mark it. Later in spring, I came back to this place and was very surprised. Why? Because the area that I marked was incredibly large.
So I was worried when I headed back to Cheongpyeong but heavenly parent said, ‘Don’t worry. If you do as I told you to then I will do the rest.’
My gratitude to you
He said, ‘Do it with truth. Only truth can lead to success. Do everything with truth and not falseness. You cannot have any false. You must love all the members no matter their sin. You must embrace them with love and protect them by love. Do it with a heart of dedication and sacrifice not seeking anything for return. Do it diligently. Do it with sacrifice and dedication not saying ‘I done this much for you so you must give this much back to me.’ Do it with diligence. Just because it is night it doesn’t mean you should sleep or worry what time you should start and finish work but do your best day and night. If you do this then I will do the rest.’
Heavenly parent said, ‘Do the 40-day vigil so I can see if Dae Mo Nim and Hoon Mo Nim can do things with one heart, one body and one mindset.’ However, this was not easy. During this 40-day vigil there was no time to sleep. Then Satan came to me and said, ‘I will test you’ and gave me the test of melting ice. Then I offered a total of 60,000 bows to find the Tree of Love, Tree of Heart, Tree of Loyalty, Tree of All Things, Tree of Blessing and the Water of Life.
Now I can talk to you with a smile but back then I wasn’t able to share this to others. And so during a 3 year period I started to learn from walking fast. I started to learn from fledging and trained myself so that I could be healthy mentally and physically.
The Hoon Mo Nim that stands in front of you today was very insufficient. At that time her youngest was 9 years old, the 2nd was 11 years old and the eldest 13 years old. She left her children and came here in the middle of the night. Since then she never rested peacefully at home. Everyday she prayed day and night and reported your situation to heavenly parent and with a mindset ‘How can I maintain my physical body so that it can be used without any problem’ until today.
I’ve built the Cheon Jeong Gung Museum and other buildings until now. Also, I created absolute good spirits. All of this was not possible if you hadn’t had helped me in the process. I really respect you and feel dearly of you. I also feel that I must help you through this spiritual works that I know. I always have a strong love stronger than a motherly love of wanting to help you.
Part 2: All starts from an Earnest Faith

Before True Father Seonghwaed
The Korean culture is ‘Hurry, hurry’. But I am pushing ‘beforehand’ which is faster than ‘hurry, hurry’. I’ve achieved many things for this Cheongpyeong Works but one of the many achievements would be the creation of the 480 billion absolute good spirits. True Father also said, “Well done!” and praised me many times.
There are things that will never be achieved if you never do it but that is now achieved. What is this? As you saw in the video presentation there was a scene where I sat down on a bench side by side with True Father. At that time True Father said many providential things to me. He said many things including what we must do until the year 2020. Then after a month later he seonghwaed. If the preparation of Cheongpyeong Works was not complete at the time of True Father’s seonghwa then it would have been a disaster. Because the Seonghwa Ceremony for True Father would not be able to be repeated. But we were able to prepare it really well. (‘Applause’)
True Father is at the Original Garden. True Mother also meets him every morning. That is something that we should be grateful for. Thank you very much. This couldn’t have had been achieved without your cooperation. It doesn’t matter how much I run around and offer sincere devotions until my knees crack nothing could have been achieved if you weren’t there. But because you were there and many came believing in the Works and did ancestor liberation, all was fulfilled. To be able to prepare ‘beforehand’ is amazing. I would like to express my gratitude to you.
Evil connected to the Lineage
Evil is connected to our lineage. Just like the fetus connected to its mother inside the womb by the umbilical cord we too are connected to our ancestors. However, if our ancestors are absolute good spirits then there is no problem but we are always connected to our evil ancestors through this lineage. What are we connected to? It is fallen nature. We received everything that our ancestors lived by. We are continuingly supplied with this. We receive through this lineage. We have to sever that connection to the evil and fallen nature through ancestor liberation. After that when your ancestors receive the blessing they become absolute good spirits so then you are able to be connected to your absolute good ancestors through this lineage. Then what would happen? Would you have a good lineage or an evil lineage? It is a good lineage. You will be reconnected.
So if we are connected to our absolute good ancestors until the place where heavenly parent resides then we will be connected to the true lineage before the fall of Adam and Eve. That is amazing and those who did ancestor liberation ceremony would be very happy when they go to the spirit world. To be able to interact and stand next to beautiful ancestors is a wonderful experience.
Special grace of removing evil spirits
For example, let’s say there is a large spirit here. Then there is a very small spirit on top of that large spirit. Here the large spirit, the central spirit will give instructions to the small spirits. Who is this large spirit? It is the spirit that was harmed by your ancestor. However, those small spirits are spirits that were just wondering around but heard what your ancestor did to them and got angry and wants to help their revenge.
During the Special Great Works 480 billion absolute good spirits are here with the True Children from the spirit world as well as True Father so it is possible to shove the small spirits aside and go inside. Then remove that large spirit. This is the grace of the Special Great Works. Do you understand? (‘applause’) That is why this Special Great Works is a very important time. 3 days after the 2013 Autumn Cheongpyeong Special Great Works (Oct 25-27, 2013) I started to offer sincere devotion and conditions. Now that I look back I can safely say that I’ve offered sufficient conditions so that you can remove and solve all of your problems if you do your best. Isn’t that great news?
Even though there might be insufficient parts for this Cheongpyeong Works but I want you to know that heavenly parent and True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind had opened gates to amazing love and blessing. Because you believed in this you are here despite this cold weather. I really hope that you can reorganize your selves here and when you go to the spirit world I hope you are able to have a conversation with True Parents and your absolute good ancestors for the life that you spent on earth living centering on the principle. I ask you to do your best to live a lifestyle so that you can take everything that you have achieved alongside His Will to the spirit world.
Filial sons and daughters who will fulfill their responsibilities until the year 2020
Do you know who is here with us now? Whenever True Father is here I start to stop speaking well. True Father said, “I will come back after Dae Mo Nim finishes her speech. Why can’t you speak well when I am next to you.”
Now he is here. (‘applause’) He has been here for 3 days. He was at the Jeongshim Won and when he rests he would go to his study where he keeps all his favorite books in the Cheon Jeong Gung Museum and then he would come back here and so on.
After True Father went to the spirit world he told me to tell you, “Do it accordingly to the principle. You must witness” many times. I ask you to become members to run towards 2020 serving True Mother on earth and True Father in the spirit world. I want you to become precious members who can fulfill the wishes of heavenly parent and True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind by the year 2020.
The year 2013 is about to end, the final moment of the 1st year of Cheon Il Guk. Please become members who can fulfill everything that we couldn’t do this year and please do witnessing in this year 2014, the 2nd year of Cheon Il Guk. You saw at the ‘Worldwide Witnessing Competition Awarding Ceremony in commemoration of the Cheongpyeong Works 19th Anniversary’ the Japanese members are the ones who did really well. I received many application forms but there were no witnessing. However, Japan was very good at witnessing at the individual level. It wasn’t just 1 or 2 people, many individuals in Japan did this. I ask that the culture of witnessing one person per month will quickly to be achieved.
As I said before, it is not done by human beings. If human beings lived a life of high noon settlement then the works will be done by heavenly parent. Please understand that True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind who understand the life on earth and the environment will be there with you and until the last day of 2014, please become proud sons and daughters of filial piety who can proudly say that you have fulfilled your responsibility.
I am grateful to all the people who came here today. I will be doing the works so that all the people who came here believing in the works could receive much spiritual grace and heavenly fortune.
Always be healthy. We all must be healthy. Happiness is not created by others but by you. Don’t forget this and become happy unification brothers and sisters. Gamsahamnida.
