Today, in this Yoo Gwan-soon Gymnasium in Cheonan, Southern ChoongChung province in the land of Korea, I proclaim that the sixth phase of the Blessing of 400 Million Couples is being conducted here at this moment, in a place where the 186 nations of the physical and spiritual worlds have been brought together. I hope and pray that You will become the King of Kings of love on the foundation of this proclamation, free to act as You wish, and that after the proclamation of Your having become the True Great King of Peace, as which You will no longer walk the path of suffering for thousands of years to come, You will become the privileged owner and watch over us in all we do.

On this day, August 1, as the national boundaries on the planet earth are being destroyed centering upon the Bering Strait, and we are now governed by the kingship of peace centered upon love, there is no one on earth who can oppose us or block the fulfillment of Your will, for on this day Your all-embracing, all-immanent, all-powerful reign with full authority over us can begin. I proclaim in the name of True Parents that, by permitting us to hold this holy wedding ceremony, the flower and core of the culture and sports festival, You can bring down the barriers and borders between heaven and earth, and return to your original ideal, the kingdom of heaven in which You can reign over all nations freely and as You please, through absolute love, absolute life and absolute lineage. Grant this world to become one that is under Your victorious sovereignty, according to Your will.

I proclaim that, just as I have reported to You at this time, as of today, it is possible to advance into the era of the kingship of the Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, which is a kingship of love, with liberation and love. Please accept this proclamation with joy. I proclaim all this in the name of True Parents! Amen! Amen! Amen!

On this day, August 2nd, in 2012, the day before he entered Saint Mary's Hospital, True Father visited the Osan School.

Here's Rev. Katsumi Kambashi's report about what True Father mentioned, titled "One must follow the path that Heaven takes."

"True Parents’ prayer is 
"元亨利貞은 天道之常이니라(원형이정은 천도지상이니라 )"
One must follow the path that Heaven takes, seeking for the origin of heaven and earth.
‘원형이정 은’ (which has five words) indicates that we need to go beyond the five summits (that are on individual, familial, tribal, racial and national levels).

On this day, August 3rd, in 2012, True Father was admitted to Seoul St. Mary's Hospital in Seoul, Korea:

Following the Inaugural Rally for the Abel Women UN on July 16, 2012, True Father caught a cold. It worsened and developed into pneumonia. Complications set in, and on August 3, he was admitted to Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital, known in Korea as Seong Mo (Holy Mother), one of the nation’s finest hospitals. There, over the ensuing ten days True Father received every possible medical test, including several X-rays and PET CT blood tests. He spent that period in a private room at the hospital, not in the intensive care unit. On August 12, True Father insisted on returning to the Cheon Jeong Gung. There his condition worsened, and after a day True Mother rushed him again to St. Mary’s. True Father remained in St. Mary’s Intensive Care Unit until August 31, when he was taken to Cheongshim International Medical Center.

There, over the ensuing ten days True Father received every possible medical test, including several Xrays and PET CT blood tests. He spent that period in a private room at the hospital, not in the intensive care unit. On August 12, True Father insisted on returning to the Cheon Jeong Gung. There his condition worsened, and after a day True Mother rushed him again to St. Mary’s. True Father remained in St. Mary’s Intensive Care Unit until August 31, when he was taken to Cheongshim International Medical Center.

Hee Jin nim's Ascension (1969)

Hee Jin Nim, True Father's second son, ascended on this day, August 3rd solar ~ 6.19 lunar in 1964 (as indicated at the link below).

Hee Jin Nim's ascension (August 1, 1969)

On August 1, 1969, Hee Jin Moon was travelling by train to his witnessing area in the southern provinces when he hit his head on the side of a tunnel the train was passing through. He was fourteen years old.

Before he went to go witnessing, Hee Jin had heard the Divine Principle. He said, "It's amazing that the Lord has come to Korea, particularly to our family!" He looked very happy, jumping around on the floor. Watching him, I felt happy and said to myself, Well, Hee Jin can comfort God by serving Him as a devoted son, doing things for Him that I have been unable to.

This year, I have to carry out a general mobilization. If all members are not mobilized, I won't be able to maintain my authority. Therefore, Hee Jin said "I must at least go too." So I allowed him to go. I told him to be careful. Now that I have subjugated Satan, Satan is aiming at my children. For that reason, Satan attacked my family, attacked Hee Jin.

Hee Jin had said without hesitation that he would go out witnessing. I was grateful in my heart for being able to instruct numerous young Unification Church men and women to engage in activities to complete the mission of restoring the Korean people, even if it means shedding blood or sweat. I was troubled by a strange foreboding and had asked Hee Jin to be careful. Yet, I never think that what happened was a loss to our church or my family. He came for the sake of God's will and therefore departed, in purity, for the sake of God's will.

2014 God’s Hope for America continental USA Tour of the Holy Grounds

This day, August 3rd, in 2014, marked the conclusion of the God’s Hope for America continental USA Tour of the Holy Grounds True Father established in 1965: The 43-day, 48-state, 55-Holy Ground tour which retraced True Father’s establishment of Holy Grounds in the United States in 1965 concluded appropriately on Saturday, August 3, in Eugene, Oregon, where the American mission began in 1959. The tour had begun in San Francisco on Sunday, June 22, as a nationwide pilgrimage intended to rekindle True Father’s vision of the United States as “a champion of God.” In commenting on the tour, FFWPU Continental Director Dr. Ki Hoon Kim stated: “In these 43 days of the pilgrimage, we really want to inherit the spirit of True Father and True Mother. We don’t want to simply remember; there is no meaning in just remembering, just thinking of the past. This brings no meaning in our daily activities. We have to build our vision for tomorrow. … We must unite and rebuild our church and family, and make this country God’s hope.”

On this day, August 4, in 1996, True Father gave a serious talk on the topic "The Parents of Heaven and Earth and the Family of Absolute Unity."

Here's an excerpt:

When people follow Father climbing the mountain, they don't have to look around to find Father even if they are lost. They simply need to find the biggest tree or boulder on that mountain and Father is there. Father is a clever man and so he will never perish. Throughout Father's entire life the entire world has been opposing him. However, the time is now changed and the entire world is beginning to support and cheer Father's work. The only choice left to Father is to go up. Since Father is being boosted up higher than Mount Everest, then at the highest place in the world God will come down and meet with Father. Do you want to meet God? (Yes.) Do you think that God wants to meet you in a low place of Hell or some place high like on top of Mount Everest? (On top of the mountain.) Why on top of the mountain? Because that is where you can see the white, unstained snow. That is where you find glaciers and everlasting snow. The color white is symbolic of victory. The high mountain peaks are covered by white snow caps, because white symbolizes victory.

Satan remains deep in the dirty, dark valley, gathering debris. This white mountain peak symbolizes victory. If Father stands on top of Mount Everest are you all willing to follow? (Yes.) In order to reach the top of Mount Everest you would have to sweat a lot of water from your body. Also you would lose about twenty pounds in weight. You might wonder why you should bother. Let Father go ahead and you will set up a tent in a lower place and sleep while Father climbs up. Would you do that? If you do so Satan will immediately come and take you down to Hell. But those who keep on following Father up the mountain, sweating blood and tears, will be elevated by God. This is the meaning behind the Bible verse, "those who are willing to sacrifice their lives will gain their lives, while those who try to save their lives will lose."

When Father and his family are being persecuted, you are still relatively untouched. If anything should happen to True Father's family we have to be in the same situation with them. If someone has to go to prison, we will have to volunteer to take their place. If anything goes wrong with Father's family do you still want to sit in the valley while True Parents are climbing up the mountain? No. If you take that position you are bound to perish. The valley is the most dangerous place to be. Father has the right to forgive anybody for anything. Even America is doomed to go to Hell, yet Father is still holding onto this America.

The history of restoration is the history of recreation. In order to recreate the Cain children, Father set aside his own children and offered total devotion and obedience to you. All the love power, manpower, financial power was poured into this America. Is that true? (Yes.) Father is continuing this providence in debt. Oriental people are making sacrifices in order to save the American people. The providence must continue despite the great debt. In Father's mind, since the task ahead of him is so great, many times he would set aside his own children and just keep going. Because if he remembers all the details of his family issues he would not be able to focus on the providence.

In His great love God sent Jesus to humankind and Jesus was crucified by them. God had to continue with His providence of restoration. Because of the blood shed by Jesus on the cross, the fallen humanity had the opportunity to be restored. If any tragic situation occurs within the true family, we should take it as grace and blessing from God and True Parents. Since Father's life is based upon this absolute principle of God, if the American people make a mistake, Father still has the right to forgive them and hold onto America. This is the power that True Father has. Do you understand? At this time Father is heading in a certain direction and the entire world is following him. When Father turns around 180 degrees Father may focus himself totally on his own family and the world will be left behind.

No matter how difficult Reverend Moon's life may be, and no matter how heavy a persecution may come to Father, he will never complain. At the time of Danbury incarceration the entire world was cheering to see Father behind bars. Did Father ever complain to God about that? Think about the agony which God had in His heart at that time. Instead, Reverend Moon was comforting God saying, "I will recover, don't worry." Since the entire world is full of fallen parents, as the True Parents to humankind, Father's conviction is that he will solve this problem and if there is anything to complain about he will do so. Only after liberating God and comforting God's heart will Father say something. Even if God were to make a mistake, only after True Parents demonstrate their pride in God, comfort His heart and accomplish everything would God say that He made a mistake and then it would not be a mistake. So if Father would confess to God that he made a mistake, God would tell Father that there was no mistake. True Father would admit in front of God that all the mistakes of Adam and Jesus were all his mistakes, God would embrace True Father in tears and claim them as His own mistakes. That kind of heart would be taking place. Do you understand Father?

Wonju McDevitt read three of the Peace Messages 평화훈경 Pyeong Hwa Hoon Gyeong.

Then True Father said: Chapters 7, 8, and 9 of the Pyeonghwa Hoongyeong contain all the details of the indemnity that was paid for history. Chapter 10 is about building a new system centering on absolute sexual ethics. This is important.

Chapter ten is about absolute sexual ethics. This connects with a liberated world. Don't think that you already know this or that it is repetitive. You have to understand this in depth and take this time to experience the words.

Let's keep this morning's Hoon Dok Hae short. You should go back to your homes and set a standard for doing Hoon Dok Hae. If you deviate you should resolve to come back even if it means setting your own indemnity conditions. Otherwise you will be held accountable in the heavenly world.

On yesterday and today's lunar dates 6.25 and 6.26, in 2012, True Father visited Cheon Jeong Gung at Cheongpyeong and recorded his final public prayer. (Today, August 10th, is 6.26 lunar this year, 2015.) Here's an excerpt from the detailed letter from Unification Church World Mission Headquarters to the Regional Presidents, National Messiahs, National Leaders:

"...True Father strongly instructed that he had to go to Cheon Jeong Gung and so on August 12 (solar 6.25 Lunar), he returned to Cheon Jeong Gung. After returning, he went around each and every place of Cheon Jeong Gung, caressing the things there as if he were saying goodbye. True Father also gave a serious prayer with True Mother as if it were his last prayer. True Father was seen putting things in their place and saying 'I have completed everything!' four times during the day. During this time True Father was saying 'thank you' to True Mother whenever he had the chance while clasping her hand.

In this way, True Father spent the entire night without any sleep at Cheon Jeong Gung at times in prayer and at times giving guidance. On August 13 the next day, he said that he wanted to take a car to go around the Cheongpyeong complex. The staff drove him to the front of the Cheongshim Middle and High School. Yet, his condition remained serious; an ordinary person in his state would not have even been able to stand up. The mental strength he showed that day was beyond imagination."

The Universal Sung Hwa Ceremony was held in a solemn atmosphere amidst around 35,000 members who gathered from all corners to Cheong Shim Peace World Center, Cheon Pyeong 13 days after Sun Myung Moon, the True Parent of Heaven, Earth and Humankind ascended on 7.17 by the heavenly calendar (9.3 by the Gregorian calendar). The stage was beautifully arranged with over 30,000 flowers and Cheong Shim World Peace Center was completely filled from very early in the morning.

Explanation October 5 is an important day in Korea with the Autumn Moon Festival. On this day Father held a ceremony in São Paolo called The Total Liberation and Unification Day ceremony. At this time, he gave missions to certain countries to take charge of the saints in spirit world that were blessed at the June 13 blessing at Madison Square Garden. Particularly, he sent Jesus to America. He instructed Buddha to go to Korea to work there and take responsibility for the unification of Korea. He sent Confucius to China, Mohammed to the Islamic world, and Joseph and Mary to South America. On December 1, 1997 between 11:05 and 11:10 p.m., True Parents prayed with a small number of church leaders gathered at East Garden and made the Declaration of the Opening of the Gate for the Blessing of the Spiritual World.  Through this benediction, True Parents bequeathed the authority of blessing to Heung Jin Nim and Daemo-nim.

True Parents have already given the blessing to persons in the spiritual world. The first time was the blessing of Jesus on January 3, 1971. The second was the blessing of Heung Jin Nim and Hoon Sook Nim on February 20, 1984. The third was the blessing of Daemo-nim, Dae Hyung Nim (Father's physical elder brother) and Choongmo-nim (Father's physical mother) on August 25, 1995 in Korea. The fourth blessing was for countless couples in the spirit world on November 29, 1997.

True Mother arrived in Las Vegas (at Cheon Hwa Gung)

On December 10 (Las Vegas Time) over 100 members from Korea, Japan, Costa Rica and Las Vegas welcomedt True Mother as she arrived at Cheon Hwa Gung.

A short celebration followed in the living room where True Mother cut the celebratory cake and everyone welcomed her home. Regional President of Central America introduced members of CARP Costa Rica who traveled to Las Vegas to visit holy grounds and join CARP Las Vegas in witnessing.

Dr. Kim expressed how great it was to see CARP from two different countries working together. Afterwards, the Apple Heaven Band (from Cheon Jeong Gung) performed three joyful songs. to which the audience shouted, "Encore" for more! After the last performance, everyone wished True Mother and good night and she retired to her room. We like to offer much appreciation and thanks for spending this special moment with our beloved True Mother. Let us offer conditions so that True Mother can feel a lot of joy and hope here in Las Vegas.
